With the advent of the pro-sumer cameras our mini camera rigging has opened up new users to being able to use prompting. It makes use of the MicroPrompt hood display and reflector. So it is possible to re-use the hood display on either Mini cameras or larger on the shoulder E.N.G. cameras by just changing the rigging. This dual option is part number 300-011 for the 7” and 300-012 for the 9”.

The result is a highly versatile miniature on-camera head-up display for confined space locations, small studios and training.  All type can be used with optional Wireless Link and Stroller units.

The MicroPrompt is available in two sizes 7” for ultra light weight applications and superb 9” for almost all other applications. We are now using the 9” daily now in many normal studio shoots as well  as on more portable jobs in our busy hire department.

The extremely low weight of these head-up units make them ideal in the portable environment and also for light weight pan and tilt robotic heads in smaller studios.

For the 9”  With the hood, glass and rigging it is 2.0 kg.

For the 7” With the hood, glass and rigging it is 1.8 kg.
