Rigging for BetaCam style cameras on tripods comprises an ENG plate (below left) which is sandwiched between the camera plate and the tripod, and a U mount (below right) to which the Portaprompt Display monitor is attached. The U mount is attached to the ENG plate via the large thumb screws at the end of the Gold coloured rods.

Rigging on Pedestals fitted with a suitable plate will use Portaprompt Telescopic Rods instead of the ENG plate the U mount is then attached the end of the rods again via the thumb screws. There are 2 lengths of rod to suit differing lens sizes. Pictured below with the rods is a Vinten Wedge plate which is suitable for the rods to screw into.
